Reborn Worldwide – Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items and limited drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange the same item, email us at support@reborn-worldwide.com with your order number and details.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@reborn-worldwide.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Reborn Worldwide is not responsible for lost returns.
